One of my goals for 2026 is to start a “monthly reset” practice. Knowing our schedules would get busier (with both Matt and I back at work), I wanted something that would help life feel more manageable and reduce mental clutter.

This time of year isn’t usually my favorite. Often, I’m just wishing it were summer already. But this year, I’m noticing something different.

I’m thankful for warm, sunny weather, time to run errands by myself and getting out of a reading slump. Today, I’m most excited to go on a walk after work. And my intention for the week is to go to bed on time!!
